Event Description: Personality and behavioral testing is a great way to learn how to best communicate with your staff and team members. In this panel discussion, you’ll hear from 5 different practitioners about the value and benefits to your organization of using personality and behavioral tests including Kolbe, DISC, StrengthsFinders, MBS, and Enneagram. The insight into these different tests should help you determine which ones may be the best options for your organization. No testing will actually be conducted – this is an informational session.

DiSC – Patrick CislerDiSC is a behavior assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centers on four different personality traits which are currently Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C).
