Symposia and the Lakeshore Nonprofit Association are partnering to host an educational workshop on CRMs and donor personas. Marketing Strategist Timothy Haines will present how to take your organization’s CRM to the next level by incorporating automated & segmented campaigns, donation tracking, and other integrations.
Tim will also join Rachel Mills – a nonprofit consultant – in leading a workshop on donor personas and how they are effective for marketing. Attracting donors is not a one size fits all approach; Rachel will dive into common themes, interests, and motivations of donors. Attendees will also have an opportunity to begin thinking through and creating donor personas for their organizations.
