Using a person-centered approach, the support coordinator then plans for care to meet these needs and implements the plans of care to provide long-term services to assist the participant in remaining in an independent home environment.
This position does require the social worker to be licensed in the State of Michigan.

Using a person-centered approach, the support coordinator then plans for care to meet these needs and implements the plans of care to provide long-term services to assist the participant to remain in an independent home environment.
Reporting to the VP of Programs, the Financial Wellness Manager will have direct team leadership over our program commitment to ensure all our guests have the financial tools everyone deserves, empowering them to confidently take charge of their financial futures. The Manager will lead a team of Financial Wellness Specialists to deliver programming that makes financial education and training available to everyone, while building partnerships and shaping pathways that change families’ financial futures.
While empowering this team, the Manager will also become our key subject matter expert in financial empowerment and economic mobility, staying abreast of industry trends and opportunities, and managing key external relationships amongst various service providers and entities that interact with our guests through referral or collaborative efforts related to economic mobility. Further, the Manager will partner with leadership to shape our organization’s future efforts to enhance economic mobility for our guests through refined or new program opportunities and/or collaborations.

Position Summary: Plan, schedule, and lead quality life enrichment activities and programming for residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and their individuality. Deliver exceptional customer service in all aspects of job execution. Create excellent working relationships with the residents, staff and volunteers.
To provide job mentoring and oversight of high school students participating in a community-based work experience program. This program is designed to offer students with various disabilities the chance to develop real-world employment skills. Mentoring will begin in late June and end early August. This position is in Allegan County and is perfect for education and social work majors.
