Types of Membership
The Lakeshore Nonprofit Alliance operates out of a membership model that is designed primarily for the benefit of nonprofit organizations as well as those that have a passion for and interest in the nonprofit sector. Nonprofits of all sizes and focus areas join LNA, including those that focus on health, human services, faith, arts & culture, environment, education, older adults, animals, advocacy, and diversity, among others.
Members have free or discounted access to all of the programs and services offered, along with the overall opportunity to interact regularly with other nonprofit professionals and; therefore, grow in relationship.
Nonprofit Membership Structure: Nonprofit Membership is based on your organization’s operating budget. We have four annual dues levels shown below:
- Budget: < $100,000 = $60
- Budget: $100,001 – $500,000 = $175
- Budget: $500,001 – $2,000,000 = $250
- Budget: > $2,000,001 = $325
Corporate Membership Structure: Are you a for-profit business that is interested in membership? Corporate membership allows your business to take advantage of many of the educational opportunities LNA provides while also supporting the larger work of LNA in strengthening the nonprofits in our community. Please note that while some benefits are available to all members (Lunch N’ Learns and Workshops) there are some benefits such as Learning Circles and some consulting services that are restricted to nonprofit members. Corporate Membership dues are based on your number of employees.
- Employees ≤ 50 = $150
- Employees > 51 = $250
Individual Membership Structure: Individuals may become members to take part in many of the benefits LNA has to offer or as a general supporter of our efforts to strengthen nonprofits in our community.
