The Fundamentals of Nonprofit Board Leadership 2 part Workshop offers guidance on the primary responsibilities for those currently serving on or planning to serve on nonprofit boards. This workshop is broken down into 2 sessions June 16 + 23 from 3-5 pm.

JUNE TOPIC: Sponsorships

This is a casual gathering for nonprofit professionals to come and connect with each other. There’s no agenda, just a chance to unwind and spend time with others who understand the work you do. Come by to meet a few new people, catch up with familiar faces, or just get out for a bit.

Board members care deeply about your mission, but engaging donors can often feel uncomfortable or unclear. In this workshop, Kevin Eastway helps reframe fundraising as something more natural, relational, and human. Together, you’ll uncover what’s really driving hesitation and learn a simple, practical approach to donor conversations that builds confidence without pressure.
