Nonprofit LEAD 24/7

Nonprofit LEAD 24/7 is a twelve-month immersive leadership opportunity for nonprofit executives who desire to grow in their own leadership skillsets and abilities. This program is designed for a truly transformational learning and growth experience for nine Executive Directors from different West Michigan nonprofits. Participants can expect each month to consist of an all-day teaching session on specific leadership topics that allows for participants to reflect individually, process in groups of three and in robust large-group discussion. Between the monthly gatherings, participants will engage in one-on-one targeted executive coaching sessions as well as further process the learning through various homework assignments. LEAD 24/7 offers a pragmatic approach leading to real growth which includes projects that produce organizational value, field trips, guest speakers, offsites to complement monthly topics, and an emphasis on an experiential learning model. The LEAD 24/7 curriculum and model was created by Rodger Price, Founder of Leading by Design, a well-known and respected leadership development company based in West Michigan.
